One family's Lakeland Fell walking Blog by Rob Marsh

"Many are those who have fallen under the
spell of Lakeland, and many are they
who have been moved to tell of
their affection in
story, verse and picture"

... A.Wainwright

We are some of those and you can read our blogs HERE

We are ... Rob, Sue, Ste and Spud - and this is our personal blog about walking to all the 214 Wainwright classified Fell summits in the Lake District. We use images, videos and text to describe how we get to the tops of all of the Mountains. We hope to provide sufficient detail within the blogs for anyone to follow so that they themselves may enjoy the wonderful views to be had in this outstanding area of natural beauty. Please feel free to give us a "Like" on Facebook should you find the blogs useful.

"Surely there is no other place in this whole wonderful world quite like Lakeland...
No other so exquisitely lovely, no other so charming, no other that calls so
insistently across a gulf of distance. All who truly love Lakeland
are in exile when away from it"
